During the weekend of April 4-5, Jan Hooimeijer was invited by the study group “FAUNA” of veterinary medicine students from the University of Lisbon. It is always great to see that there is increasing interest in the theme of behavior and well-being. The realization that our own behavior determines the behavior of animals/parrots is constantly an innovative message. The fact that health problems are accompanied by behavioral problems and therefore also well-being problems continues to be a new insight.
Prior to the presentations, the students had made an introductory video that made it clear why Jan Hooimeijer had been invited.
