Behavioral anamnesis

When consulting with a behaviorist or answering questions about behavioral problems in parrots and parakeets, it's important for us to understand the background, such as the home situation, diet, interaction, care, etc. We have created a standard questionnaire as a guideline for this purpose.

Before a consultation, we will always ask you to complete the form. Without this form, Dr. Jan Hooimeijer cannot conduct the consultation.
